	Kudelski社は、1951年にStefan Kudelski(1929年2月27日生)によって設立。その年には彼の素晴らしい発明 "NAGRA"(ポーランド語で「will record」)は、既に具体的な形態を確立していました。それは優れた仕様の、軽くて小さい携帯用で高い品質の、携帯用のオーディオ・テープレコーダへと・・・。
